MORATORIUM PROCLAIMED i (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) CANBERRA, March CB. Because of the continued depressed prices for fruit and the general economic difficulty in Norfolk Island, the Federal Ministry has issued a Proclamation fixing a partial moratoriun in the island.
