PILL FIRST THREE PLACES (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) Received Monday, 7.40 p.ra. LONDON, July 19. British motor-cyclists won the intei’national sil' days' race over mountainous Welsh roads. There were 200 starters. Englamd and Germany were the only finishers. V. Brittain (Norton), G. Rowley (A.J.S.) and William Waycott (Veloeette) completed the distance with a total saving of 39min. 17sec. in their schedule time, beating the Germans by ten seconds.
