WITHDRAWAL FROM WORLD SUGAR CONFERENCE.
CZECHOSLOVAKIA WANTS BIGGER QUOTA. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.--Copyright) Received Sunday, 7 p.m. PKAGUE, April 24. The Tageblatt reports that the Czeehoslovakian delegation has withdrawn 'from the sugar conference he cause it is unable to accept the proposed export quota .of 300,000 tons id the first year and 250,000 during the subsequent four years. Czechoslovakia demanded 360,000 the first year, 315,00,0 in the second and 280,000 in the succeeding three years.
