GERMANY'S POPULATION.
DEMAND FOR COLONIES WILL NEVER CEASE. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.--Copyright) (Eeceived This Day, 9.20 a.m.) COLOGNE, April 25. Von Epp, addressing several thousand people under the auspices of, the Colonial Society, reiterated that Germany would never cease the demand for colonies. He said that two million whites in South Africa possessed territory almost twice as large as Germany, while in Australia one-tenth of the number of Germany's population lived in territory twenty times the size of Germany.
