MR. WILLIAM DOUGLAS. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright) Received Friday, 5.45 p.m. LONDON, April 22. The death has occurred of Air. William Douglas, the motor-cycle pioneer, who introduced Britain’s first two-cylinder machine in 1907 and supplied 60,000 during war-time.
