ROME, June 10.
A crowded workmen's train "was passing over the new railway, opened •only two days ago at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, when the last coach was derailed. The rush of men to climb out caused the coach to topple over down an embankment. Fifteen were killed and ine hundred injured.
