(By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) Received Tuesday, 9.50 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 25. The discovery of a new pigment monastral, a fast blue and the first since Prussian blue in 1826, is announced by the Imperial Chemicals. It is claimed to be sweat-resistant, fast to light, acids, alkalies and lime and will withstand temperatures to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It is insoluble to oil, spirits and nitrocellulose solvents.
