FAST 'PLANES FOR EMPIRE SERVICES. Received Tuesday, 7.30 p.m. RUGBY, Nov. 11. Imperial Airways have under construction or on order 29 flying-boats and 12 land 'planes, the speed of which will enable the service to cover from London to Australia in seven days, to South Africa in four days and India in three days.
