BOY KILLED WHEN RIDING BICYCLE.

William Victor Russell was charged to-day with negligent driving and thereby causing death, the ease arising from an accident at Tawa Flat on July 27th in which Alfred William Coleman, aged 14, w T as killed while riding a bicycle. The case is proceeding.
