BUT 'OFFER MAY BE CONSIDERED (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright) (Received Monday, 9.50 p.m.) CHICAGO, September 9. Bh: Malcolm Campbell yesterday denied the sale of the Bluebird, but his United States representative, William Sturm, indicated that Curtis Sandford's offer of 100,000 dollars will possibly receive consideration.
