NO RENEWAL OF ARGENTINA’S AGREEMENT.
AUSTRALIANS CONFIDENT (By Telegraph-l Press Assn.-Copyright) LONDON, April 17. It was stated at the conclusion of to-day’s meat deliberations that the Australians were satisfied that there was no possibility of the British Government renewing the Argentine agreement in its present form when it ter-: urinated in 1930. The way will then be clear for the Commonwealth to replace frozen meat with chilled. To-day’s meeting failed to produce any tangible progress.
