Abbott was leading by half-a-point from F. K. Kelling at tho end of the fourth round this evening, Abbott having won three games and drawn one, and Kelling having won three and lost one. Play so far has been very interesting and even. To-day's results were: — Third Round Hardy beat Gray. Severne drew with Dunlop. Armstrong drew with Dyer. Erskine beat Kelling. Beyer beat Le Petit. Gyles beat Watt. ' Darwin beat Scott. Hicks v. Friberg, not finished. Fourth Round Beyer beat Armstrong. Kelling beat Hardy. Le Petit beat Dunlop. Erskine beat Darwin. Abbott beat Gyles. Watt beat Friberg. Scott beat Gray. •
