CONDITION' OF ENTRY. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.--Copyright)-'SAARBRUCKEN, Nov. 29. The Saar Commission lias decreed preventing unauthorised persons from entering the Saar after December L Passports or identity cards will be necessary for "admittance and thereafter the bearers must report to the police. Nobody will be admitted 'between December 27 and January 25 without a special permit, issued by the Commission.
