Milnes, 8.A., who for the. past twelve years has been on, the stuff of the Levin District High School, is leaving at the beginning of the year, under the Education Department's exchange system, for Durban, S.A. Miss Milnes is the fourth teacher to be accorded 'the privilege of going to 'South Africa under this system.
