The question is being widely asked what has happened' to a large fund collected for earthquake relief by Babu Rajendra Prasad, who is the Bihar Congress leader, and his associates under the title of the Central Relief Committee. The Calcutta Statesman, in an editorial, contends that the time has arrived when the subscribers arc entitled to be told how their money was disposed of, as the fund was very generously supported by Indians all over the country.
