Impaired Chattel Security
FARMER GIVEN PROBATION. WELLINGTON, Last Night. For impairing chattel security and theft, Frederick Richardson Coulson, a farmer, was committed to probation for two years by Mr. Justice Reed in the Supreme Court to-day.
