WHAKATANE CLUB.
ANNUAL MEETING. TO-MORROW NIGHT. , The annual meeting of the Whak'itane Club will be held in the Oddfel,lows' Hall to-morrow evening, commencing at 8 p.m. Last season the Club's work was particularly successful, and it is anticipated that this year .the Club's efforts will be even better. A reminder is given to members and intending members of being present, and all young people who are desirous of keeping physically fit and passing a pleasant evening once a week, are invited to attend the annual meeting. The activities of the Club on the ladies' side is a course of exercises and dancing, while the men are instructed m gymnasium, and the social side of all members is well attended to.
