BELGIAN COMMITTEE’S RECOMMENDATIONS. (Fy Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) (Received This Day, 8.35 a.m.) BRUISISELLS, Nov. 5. A Government committee, under M. Theunis, has considered the commercial policy of Belgium, and recommends measures against foreign dumping, particularly by means of quotas. It also recommends the eventual revision of trade treaties and the renunciation of all idea of an economic union.
