Malta and England
TYRANNY ALLEGED ROME, Nov. 3. London Press correspondents lengthily denounce the "cruelty wherewith little Malta is ground by the heel of British tyranny because she is oversmall and not able to stand up for her rights. That is what has become, of the freedom of the people of free England."
