LONDON". Sept. 26,
Total offerings at the London wool sales to-day were 12,292 bales, including 1795 bales New Zealand. About 75.11 bales were sold.
Strong competition came from Yorkshire and Continental buyers.
Prices were fullv maintained,
Merinos in the grease from Queensland made 18d. South Australian greasy merinos averaged 23d; scoured merinos from Queensland sold at 27|d. Itew Zealand slipe wool halfbred lambs, '' CMC," " Eclipse,'' and " Challenge," made 16Jd highest and 14£d average.

SYDNEY. Sept. 26,
At the wool sales to-day 12,544 bales were offered, of which 11,016 were sold at auction, 1149 being sold privately.
The market was on a par with yesterday for all descriptions, while the trend of /prices for freer merino wools and' crossbreds was in sellers' favour. Greasy merino made 23d for thirteen bales from Crookwcll.
