The President's report to be submitted to the annual meeting of members of the Foxton Racing Club states that it is very pleasing to record a successful year, even more so in view of the fact that heavy expenditure was incurred owing to the club having to postpone it.s January fixtuie. Expenditure, including £576 debit balance at the Bank on June 30, 1032, was chiefly the result of stakes £SOO, salaries and wages £lls, Government taxes £263, N.Z. Racing Conference £4G, interest £3O. Mr \V. E. Barber has been re-elect-ed President of the Club; vice-presi-dents, Messrs R. Bryant, W. T. Jewell, H. Coley and C. E. Robinsen; stewards, Messrs J>. R. Ogilvy, S. Austin and H. Robinson, all re-elected unopposed.
