SOUTH-EAST TO NORTH-EAST WINDS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON;, Friday. The intense anticyclone still covers the whole of New Zealand, the weather being fine and calm practically generally. A shallow cyclone which is forming on the New South Wales coast is likely to be affecting the local weather after about two days. The district forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds, with south-east to north-east predominating. Weather fine and mild practically everywhere, hut an isolated shower or two likely at times east of the ranges. Seas smooth to moderate.
