NO IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT, £JBy Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Monday. Bt. Hon. J. G. Coates, Acting Prime Minister, stated to-day that it was not intended at present to appoint a judge to succeed Mr Justice Adams. Probably the appointment would not be made until the return of the Prime Minister (Et. Hon. G. W. Forbes) to New Zealand.
