The Hsingking Constitutional Drafting Commission has agreed, in accordance' with the general wishes of .the people, that Manehukuo should become .pi constitutional monarchy. It is expected that, after collaboration with the Japanese experts, Henry Pu-Yi, • the former sovereign, who was the boy Emperor of North China, will ascend -..the throne at the appropriate moment.
