WINDS MODERATE AND VARIABLE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WEIXIMGWJON, Tuesday. An intense anticyclone covers the whole Dominion and extends towards south-eastern Australia. The pressure is, however, falling in the latter area, and is low also to the north of Norfolk Island. The district forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds. Weather fine; cool temperatures, , with some frosts. Seas smooth to moderate.
