Mancha-Soviet Railway Negotiations Deadlocked
JAPAN THINKS IT NECESSARY FOR HER TO INTERVENE Received Friday, 11 p.m. TOKYO, July 7. It is clearly necessary that Japan must intervene and exert the utmost influence to prevent a rupture of the Manchu-Soviet railway negotiations, which have at present; reached a deadlock owing to the exorbitant price demanded, which is excitirig public opinion, as evidenced by inflammatory anti- , Soviet posters appearing in tne Tokyo streets to-day.
