WELLINGTON, Last Night. The New Zealand Football Association has decided that the Associations concerned are to be asked for an opih--1011 as to the division of the gates in the Brown Shield and Peter Dawson €up matches, whether they prefer a division of three-fifths to the travelling team and two-fifths to the other, or that the home team take all and pay all. Permission was granted the Wanganui Association to send a team to play Palmerston North on June 3. The Otago Association suggested June 10 •• the date that Wellington should play for the F.A. trophy'at Dunedin. A challenge was also received from the Canterbury Association. Entries for the Chatham Cup were received as follow: Duller three, Otago two, South Auckland three, Auckland two, Poverty Bay one, Wanganui one,, Wellington seven, Palmerston x\-orth one, Canterbury seven. Auckland wrote that some clubs were delaying to see what assistance was forthcoming for travelling expenses. The chairman said they would have to work their own passage this time. It was decided to extend the time for entries to May 25.
