PRISONERS SENTENCED.
1 * (By Telegraph —Press Association.)WELLINGTON, Friday. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice MacGregor;— George Frederick Murphy, breaking,, entering, theft and receiving, twoyears’ hard labour. George assault, twelve months’ hard labour, to be followed.; by two years’ reformative detention. Clarence Frank Eoss, breaking, entering, theft and vagrancy, two years f hard labour. Albert Henry O’Malley, uttering a counterfeit coin, six months’ imprisonment. Thomas Fearon, receiving stolen, money, two years’ hard labour. Chester Lincoln Nazelrod, receiving, two years’ imprisonment. Alexander Herd, breaking, entering: and theft, eighteen months’-imprison-ment. John George Fufey, receiving, two years’ imprisonment.
