FOUR-FRUIT MARMALADE.
This is delicious for tea-time sand•.wiohes. It-can be made all the year mound, and is worth trying, as it has «uch a delicate flavour.
Take on© large grape fruit, two -apples, two oranges (sweet), and two lemons, choosing them of a size as uniform as possible to give an equal -quantity of each fruit * Peel and core the apples. Cut the ether fruits in half, squeeze out the Juice ,of the oranges, lemons, and grapefruit, and remove the p.’ps. Put the apples and the skin? of the •other fruits „ through the mincing machine. Add to the juice and .measure. Add three times the measure •of cold water and allow to stand overnight. Next day boil the mixture for one hour. Let it stand overnight again, -then add an equal measure of sugar, previously warmed in the oven, and >boil until it seta.
