SPEAKS FOUR LANGUAGES, BUT IS PENNILESS LONDON, Sept. 4. A Lisbon message states that giving the name of Placidus William Wiseman, an elderly Irishman, who says he was once rich and lived in Now Zealand, was discovered penniless in a village near Lagos, where he started an English school. Wiseman speaks English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
