Playing as a curtain-raiser to the Rovers—Otaki game, the Levin ladies defeated Manakau by three goals to nil. The first spell was very even; only one goal being scored, Miss D. Parsons scoring for Levin, and the spell ended in Levin* s favour I—o.l—o.
