Japanese Seize Harbin After Seven-Hour Battle.
Received Sunday, 9.50 p.m. SHANGHAI, Feb. 7. A Harbin message states that the 'Japanese under General Tamon using armoured cars and tanks seized,the city after a -seven hours ’ battle with the troops guarding the Chinese railway. General Tamon declared a state of siege and organised ■a provisional Government.
