The eleventh-hour postponement of the Disarmament Conference In order to fulfil Britain’s request to convene the League Council to discuss Shanghai has created a sensation here. There is a chance of an indefinite postponement to enable delegates as the Assembly of the League to consider the Sino-Japanes© situation.
