A NEW YORK CRAZE.
In hew York the latest craze among smart women ig a little cloth cravat, tied closely around the throat to match the hat.
These cravats may be of fine tweed or kasha cloth, and are mostly blanketstitched all round in a coarse contrasting wool, the ends being adorned ’with “cat’s teeth’’ cross-stitches in t!ie same wool. .
