SIR PHILIP GAME ACTED ON' OWN RESPONSIBILITY. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) (Received This Day, 8.55 a.m.) 4 (SYDNEY, Nov. 23. The State Governor, Sir Philip Game, says he acted on his responsibility in making the extra appointments to the Legislative Council that were asked for by the Government. He informed the Dominions Office subsequently to his action.
