A reliable foreign report states that twelve Japanese aeroplanes bom'bed dhinchow, the temporary headquarters i -of the Mukden Provincial Government, 150 miles southward of Mukden. Considerable damage was done to buildings. The casualties as yet are not known. 1 Chinese messages report that many •civilians were killed in the crowded -railway station.
