DOMINION DETECTIVE’S OPINIONS.

After seven months spent in England studying police methods Detective-Ser-geant Doyle of New Zealand reached Sydney to-day. He said he found New Zealand had nothing much to learn from England in ordinary police work, but he was impressed by the elaborate system of patrol cars in most English cities.
