PIGEONS AT WANGANUI SHOW

SUCCESSFUL LEVIN EXHIBITORS.

A large proportion >of the prizes in the homing pigeon classes at the Wanganui Show, yesterday, were won by Levin exhibitors. The North Island championship for homer, colour class, female, was secured by Mr Howard Harvey, who was also awarded the Winter Show trophy for best bird in the colour class, and the Dunard Shield for best bird in the homer section. Other local successes were as under: —
