ASCOT FASHION PARADE.

(Sun Special). LONDON, June 17

Despite preliminary showers, Hunt Cup day, at Ascot, was a brilliant spectacle, a mingling of past and present fashions, with long filmy frocks and picture hats predominating. The Queen wore a cyclamen and mauve chiffon dress, and a magnificent coat of grey and silver.

'The Duchess of York wore a twopiece suit of white, crepe, with an allover pattern in currant red, and a wide-brimmed red' fancy-straw hat.
