COUNSEL ATTACKED.

SENSATIONAL*COURT FIGHT Prosecuting counsel, holding a dozen accused men at bay at the point of ai revolver, was the amazing scene which took place in the law courts at Breslau recently. Peter Dziubek and 12 other men were on trial on charges of fraud, and the prosecuting counsel was asking that a term of four years’ imprisonment be inflicted on the accused men, when Dziubek suddenly sprang at him from the dock. Dziubek was followed by the 12 other men, who attacked other counsel, and a general melee, occurred, during which the prosecuting counsel drew a revolver and checked Dziubek with the command, “Hands up!” which he obeyed. Court officials and policemen had by now entered the fray and managed to restore some degree of order by seizing the other accused. The trial, however, had to bo suspended.
