To Give a Boost to Commercial Aviation

FLIERS VISIT NEW ZEALAND. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Primarily with the view of fostering commercial aviation in New Zealand, Captain E. J. Jones and Flying Officer K. Owen arrived at Wellington by the Ulimaroa from Sydney. It is the airmen ’s intention to tour the Dominion by air and it is expected the tour will extend over several weeks, probably until the beginning of April. Their object is to make business people and others more air-minded. Lectures arc to be given to aero clubs and intending members of aero clubs and by various kinds of propaganda, it is hoped to give commercial aviation in New Zealand a decided stimulus.
