A young man, the further publication of whose name has been forbidden and who elected yesterday to be tried by a jury and was” remanded on bail to appear at Auckland, but afterwards changed his plea to one of guilty, was this morning admitted to probation for a year and directed to take out a prohibil'on order and make restitution, on a charge of failure to account at Auckland to Used Cars Ltd., for £2O.
