LABOUR LEADER SPEAKS AT OTAKI. . (By Telegraph—Press Association.) OTAKI, This Day. Mr H. E. Holland, Leader of the Labour Party, gave an address last night, dealing largely with the unemployed question. He favoured the creation of ■an Unemployment Board, an advanced land settlement policy, the encouragement of secondary industries, and the absorption of unemployed on work of a necessary character. Mr J. Thorn, tho Labour candidate for the Otaki seat, also spoke in support of tho Labour Party.
