There are popu; lar orchestral selections and song groups by Margaret James (soprano). 2BL SYDNEY To-night's presentation, 8.0 to 12.0.« The popular presentation to-night features Doris Lascelles, entertainer. There are songs by Maurico Daly (baritone), selections by the A.B.C. instrumental ensemble and now popular numbers by Rae Foster. At 8.30 there will be a description of the fight from the Stadium, and later in the evening dance music will be contributed by Cec. Morrison and his band. PROGRAMME NOTES This evening at IYA some very line numbers will be given by the Orchestral Octet. A new combination, Miller's banjo-mandolin quartet, will a'ppoar; also Mr. G. C. Tollerton, a very fine humorist. Mrs. A. Rattray (soprano) will sing by request 'Ye Banks and Braes.' An excellent vaudeville programme has been arranged by 2VA. The Salon Orchestra will play. Mr. W. Sneddon will contribute as a cornet solo, with orchestral accompaniment, 'My Ships,' and Mr. V. R. Brown a piccolo solo, 'The Captive Bird.' Bono and Arta, the well-known xylophone duo, will feature several popular numbers, and Mr. ■Will Bishop will entertain at the piano. Vocal items will be rendered by tho Melodic Four, and Miss Mrytle Chote, F.T.0.L., L.A.8., of Wanganm. A feature of the programme as arranged will be a relay of several items from the concert of old songs and dances by tho children of the Presbyterian homes. { There will be plenty of variety from 3YA. Mr. Frank Moran will discourse on the question, 'Do Married Men Make the Best Husbands?' and he will also present a sketch entitled 'The Curate and the Congregation. 'Four Boys and a Piano' will give what they call 'A Minstrel Pot-pourri' (a negro entertainment) and 'A Potted Revue.' Miss Mary O'Connor (soprano) will •sing two Irish songs, and tho songs ol Mr. R .8. H. Buchanan (baritone solo ist of the Cathedral choir) will prove very popular.
