TIE OF THREE IN BULLOCK COMPETITION. ESTIMATING OF PIG ALSO GOOD. As on most occasions, much clever estimating took place in guessing competitions at the Levin Show, the results of two of which are available, these being in respect of the fat bul--1 i lock and the pig. Three persons guess- '' e"S the • correct weight of the bullock. In the ease of the pig, the right weight 1 jwas nominated by one competitor, and j six tied for the second prize. Bowker (Ihakara), 767-ilba., 2. Pig (first prize £1 10s, second 10/-; actual weight, 7Glbs.—J. Davies (Ohau) ,76 lbs, 1. The second prize goes to the following, all of whom guessed half 'a pound over ;or under the correct . weight; —S. L. Jackson (Levin), E. i George (Ohau), G. 11. Vickers (Levin), |J. Lemmon (Levin), W. C. Hannan | (Levin), and J. W. Bishop (Levin). | The other competitions were in re:spect of one sheep and three sheep, : and the weights will be available on, ! Tuesday.
