DOMESTIC SUICIDES.
LOCKED IN BATHROOM WITH GAS ON. (By Telegraph —Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Flora Hewitt, aged 2d, a single woman, employed as a domestic servant, was found dead in tin bathroom at tin..* residence of L D. Black worth, Point Chevalier. Mix' had previously expressed her intention to commit suicide, but last week she seemed so well she was supposed to have abandoned the idea. Mr Blackwortl: on finding the bathroom occupied for an undue lime and getting no reply to his call, burst open the door. The girl was in the bath dead evidently from gas poisoning, a gas tap being on and every air aperture blocked.
