Mukden admits that the Russians captured and occupied Pogranichnaya (on * the eastern railway to Vladivostock) for two days, the Chinese recapturing at on Sunday, which is disbelieved i" view of the suspension traffic on that section of tbe*line. The Russians are also reported to he. attacking Manchuli. They were repulsed, but are invading Manchuria between the Amur and TJssuri Rivers.
