There is plenty of spirited action, excellent acting,, and lavish and effective settings. Henry Edwards, of course, is again the breezy, dashing naval Lieutenant, who .finalises his,romance with the Admiral’s daughter (admirably played by Lilian Oldland)’ which was only blossoming in this picture’s predecessor-
