The only changes arc the following:— Mr Planar, a Transvaal advocate, takes the place of Mr Tielnuui Roos as Minister of Justice, Mr Roos having insisted on resigning owing to tho state of his health. Mr Jansen, tx-Spoaktr, joins tho Cabinet as Minister of Native Affairs, relieving General Hertzog in that capacity.
