TWO CHANGES IN CABINET. (By Telegraph-Press Assn.-Copyright.) (Sun Cable). (Received This Day, 9.15 a.m.) CAPETOWN, June 19.' General Hertzog has now re-construct-ed the Cabinet. The only changes arc the following:— Mr Planar, a Transvaal advocate, takes the place of Mr Tielnuui Roos as Minister of Justice, Mr Roos having insisted on resigning owing to tho state of his health. Mr Jansen, tx-Spoaktr, joins tho Cabinet as Minister of Native Affairs, relieving General Hertzog in that capacity.
