The many eases of death by TTrowuing that have occurred on New Ze;i/ land beaches this year have occasioned the New Zealand Council of the .Koval Life-Saving Association grave concern. At a. meeting yesterday it was decided to circularise all centres and all public bodies interested in beaches, pointing out the urgency of more lif •- saving clubs being ‘formed io safeguard bathers.
